Aunty Lynne Care Australia (ALCA) is a family-owned profit for purpose organisation launched in 2022.

Our Managing Director Ash Cavigan has been facilitating various programs over the past ten years
to a diverse range of people with disability. All the people Ash has encountered in his programs have
left an impression, but it was his Aunty Lynne that had the most powerful influence and impact and
would provide the inspiration for Aunty Lynne Care Australia.

At ALCA we specialise in offering School Leavers Employment Supports (SLES) programs to young
people with disability.

Our mission is to design and deliver programs that build capability and independence, that meet our
individuals needs and goals within a safe and supportive environment.

We are a family founded and run organization who belive that if we connect and engage more purposefully in our local communiuties the more networks, opportunities and positive experiences we create,
